IInspired by stone formations shaped along the shoreline and the slow force of erosion, the Rift Coffee Table explores the moment where material breaks and reshapes itself. Cast aluminum embedded with stone fragments gathered from residual and reclaimed sources is shaped through hand-finishing and patina, its surface marked by depth and irregularity as if carved by time rather than force. Variations in texture and mass create a quiet tension between solidity and void, allowing absence to become as expressive as form.
